New Year Resolution

I launched my blog with great thrill-in last April. I pondered on topics. Unique observations haunted me, prodding to translate them into stirring lines. Nevertheless, I became sloppy after a while and lost my interest in blogging.

But my New year resolution in 2007 is to activate writing and strive for bigger canvas in creative writing. An inner voice is insisting that abandoning writing amounts to beastiality and self torture. So I am bouncing back, to do justice to my inner call.

This is a reaffirmation to myself that I will stay put in the track of writing. Not that the New Year has changed the world totally and I need to be pro-active. Many a figure who strode like a collasus are falling.

Saddam is put to death....brave Osam is still hiding.
Taliban is resurfacing..China is smashing satellites with new missiles... Indian companies are out on a shopping spree to purchase foreign comapnies to show their confidence in manufacturing skills. Will India throw up more steel Mittals? (tata & corus)

Pakistan is promising democracy through Musharaff. North Korea and Iran are assembling nuclear bombs to bargain with hefty neighbours.

On the whole, there is a repackaging with one trouble spot throwing up another.

Let me watch more to react with my thoughts....
